Bridal Expo this weekend

Wondering who is going this weekend? I wasnt planning on it, but my mom thinks its worth the ticket price to go in to get the coupon for $50 off on our limo and hoping our florist will be there offering some kind of incentive, since I havent' booked yet.

Anyone else?

Hi,
I'm already married so I won't be there, but I will say this - I found it REALLY helpful to go last year! I won a door prize for free special lighting from the DJ that had a booth set up there, and we ended up hiring them b/c they're awesome! Sometimes if you buy the tickets ahead online they're cheaper. and it might give you other ideas for vendors or neat things to do! How many opportunities do you get to go to a Bridal Expo?! :-)

Thanks! I def think we are going. We went last year. And I have been engaged for whate seems like for-ever so I know some of my bms rolled their eyes when i said my mom and i were going- but I think my mom and i were on the same page.

Plus I can't get enough wedding porn. So looking at hte dresses and the flowers and everything is really fun

Good idea on the online tickets. I'm going to go online now to see if they are discounted.

I am going with my two maids of honor!  I am very excited, I even got labels made up.  I have 60... is that enough or should I get one more sheet?

Also, it is from 10 or so to 5... do they wait until the very end to do the raffle?  I don't know if we want to stay the whole entire time, that is really long!

I am going with my 5 lovely ladies and so excited! I actually went with one of my bridesmaids last year (it was her wedding!) but remember there was alot of coupons and deals.  The number one thing i am looking for is transportation and I had heard some of the limo places give 50 dollar gift cards out!

Last year we went right at 10 and we were done by 1 but all the raffles are at the end of the day! SOO I am going at 1 this time Hopefully there is no line!

 I also found this bridal expo to be the most resourceful when I attended last year. There were tons of vendors and we did get a discount on a few smaller ticket items so it was worth it in my opinion. They are also well organized too. Also, the experience to spend time with my younger sister and MOH was nice too.

I am heading there this weekend too. Just me and one of my brides maids as the others cant go and well I still have 15mths of planning ahead of me I cant wait. I have never been to a bridal expo so I am super excited.

oh I would suggest everyone make labels.

its easier to just peel up a label

ALSO- I suggest making a separate email account for the show.

Thanks for the tip @i2012do . I printed up a whole bunch with my name address wedding date and seperate gmail I created. So excited.
