    I think if you can find someone that works within your budget it is worth it. That way your friends and family (and you!) don't end up being stressed out over the little details of the day. Some people's caterers or venues offer this service. I am meeting with Gracie Lou Events this week and have heard great things about them. Good luck!

    Andria M. from infinite Events starts at $650. Pink Orchid Weddings will also give you a good quote based on your needs. They are reasonable as well.

    thank you very much..im glad to see the first person i talked to about it was $850 so happy that there are more inexpensive options

    I'm hiring a friend's sister who is just getting into the business.  She has a degree in events planning and wants to be a wedding planner, but she's just getting started.  What she lacks in experience, she makes up for in enthusiasm.  She's been really great so far and she's cheap.   I'm putting her in charge of a lot of set-up while I'm getting ready with my bridesmaids and family, she'll be coordinating with the DJ and caterer, watching the gift table, going out for alcohol if we run out, checking us into our hotel, stuff like that.  She's also been coming to meetings with me with other vendors.   If money really is an issue, and you're willing to sacrifice the experience factor, let me know and I'll put you in contact with her.

    I would suggest trying Jessica Castiglia.  She's amazing with vendors and details.  She's not new to the business but she's recently started her own business so she'll likely come in cheaper than most of the other quotes you've been given.  Her email is:  jlcastigliari@yahoo.com

    I second Andria from Infinite Events.  She is AMAZING!  Goes above and beyond what we ask of her, quickly responds, is calming, and full of information.
