Hello all!! Here are my vendor reviews from my August 27,2010 wedding. Congrats to all of you fellow Mrs' and Good luck to all of you who are still in the planning stages!!!!
Clements Market (flowers)---A
I worked with Terri exclusively. She was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. Our bouquets were AMAZING!!!!!!!! they were exactly what I wanted!! The centerpieces and bouts were also very fresh and pretty. I really do not have anything negetive to say about my experience with Clements. Not to mention they are very reasonably priced. I would reccomend.
Alexandrias Bridal (my gown)---A
Again, nothing negetive to report. I bought my dress from them and the service was fair. The women that helped me try dresses on did not have the best personality, but she go the job done. I did not have my alterations done there so I cannot comment on their alteration dept. I would reccomend.
Party Dress Express (bridesmaid gowns and alterations)-----D
Not a great experience. To put it in a nutshell....their custome service SUCKS! and the store is very unorganized. The only positive thing I can say is that I had my gown altered there, and Gen did a wonderful job!! no complaints there. However, my girls dresses were a nightmare. The wrong dress was altered--however they still to this day will not admit the mistake. Instead, insisted that my llittle sister gained 10 lbs in 2 weeks. They also lost my other girls' dress the week before the wedding and were very unapologetic about the whole situation. Luckily, it was found, but they acted like it was no big deal. Not to mention that on the day of my wedding we noticed black grease marks all over the front and back of her dress. The dress had not been out of the bag since she picked it up, but when I called them to see what could be done, they pretty much said "too bad, there is nothing we can do". Again, AWFUL customer service!!! The only reason that they are getting a big fat fail is because my alterations came out great. WOULD NOT RECCOMEND
Salon Salon Limo--- A
Prompt, ontime, car was very clean and the driver was very friendly. All in all, a good experience. However, They are alittle pricey.
Slade Formal (Tuxes)-----A
Great customer service, very helpful and everything was correct in size, color etc. Would reccomend
