Transportation to/from TF Green

Hey Everyone,

The majority of our guests for our wedding will be from out of town.  We've been throwing around ideas to get them to/from the airport to Newport.  We found the following service:

Have any of you been in the same situation where you had alot of out of town guests? Just curious how you handled the transportation for the ones not getting rentals.  We're hoping there may be a way to discount the rates.  Thanks!

Hi there.  I also have the same situation where we have a lot of out of town guests.  I wish we could budget to provide transportation, but we unfortunately cannot.  I am recommending the same shuttle service to our guests- Cozy Cab.  Their fee from the airport to Newport is the most reasonable one I found.  Also, I think many guests are renting cars.

I am in a similar situation.  I have a lot of family coming from out of town for our wedding in Jamestown.  I was going to start researching this and I will let you know if I find any good deals.

Also, I rent cars a lot for work travel.  Many times it is not very expensive to rent a car for 2 days if someone is just coming for a weekend.  It might even be less than a cab to and from the airport.  The car would also allow them a little more freedom if they did want to see the sites while in Newport.  Maybe look into getting a discounted rental rate too?  Just an idea.
