alcohol provider?!

Does anyone know a caterer or a company with a liquor license that will bartend a wedding and provide the liquor license but that will let us buy the alcohol for them to distribute?!

Russell Morin does this.  They do charge a transportation fee ($300 maybe) and a per person drinks fee to cover non-alcoholic drinks and mix materials. ($6-7pp maybe)

Emery's Catering does this for $8 p.p. We are using them as our bartender as well but decided in the end it would be easier to just have them provide the alcohol since we have 250+ guests.
