Oooooops

Soooooo I just found out that I am pregnant 9 months and 15 days before my wedding, I have everything booked and paid for, my wedding dress is on its way.  My baby is due around April 9th, but due to health issues it is very unlikely that I will be able to carry to full term. My wedding is May 21st, is this going to be possible..... I will take all of the advice that I can get right now.

First of all CONGRATS! We just had our first baby and she was a total oops. We also found out we were pregnant after we started the wedding planning but amamzingly enough things have gone really well. My advice for you is to get EVERYTHING done that you can now. Make sure you get a really good calender that you can leave notes for yourself on because pregnancy brain is really amazing..lol...as in amazing what you can forget all the time!  And ask for help..lots of it, not only for the wedding but for yourself and everything else that is going to happen in life.

Its totally doable. Also let your seamstress in on whats going on. She may have some ideas. I have had a blast planning my wedding with a baby in tow. She seems to really mellow the vendors out!

    Again Congrats!

Congrats! I think everything will be great and you will be that much more happy on your wedding day knowing you have someone new to share your life with.
I also agree on doing everything early. I got engaged christmas 2008 n starting planning in feb. and I did alot early and everyone kept telling me it was to early. About 2 months ago I was told I had lyme disease. I can bearly work never mind plan the wedding. I am always so tired and in pain, but now I am so glad I did everything early. With a month and a half to go I am done planning. I just have little things left. But I am so glad I did it all before. It is alot less stressfull now and all your going to care about is the baby once he or she is born and you dont need any more stress at that time.
    Good Luck!

Congrats on the new baby! I know the unexpected bundle of joy may give you reason to stress but I wouldn't worry too much. I think having a DOC or even a wedding planner may help you with the wedding plans. I would also let close friends and family know that so they can assist you. G.L

Congrats!!  Just get as much as you can now, don't take on to many DIY projects and you'll be fine!  Can you check with the seamstress at your dress shop if they can put a corset on your dress (if it doesn't already have one!)  My gram did this for a pregnant cousin who was getting married and it worked like a charm, the corset back can be pulled tight if you are super skinny by the wedding, or made a little lose just in case!

You will likely have had your little Gem for over a month-- so it affords you some time to regain your sanity (although you will have different stuff to be insane about)

it can be done... just be organized and get it all done now-- plus since you believe you will deliver early-- just plan on letting your seamstress know and putting off your final fitting until 2 weeks before the wedding---

have you already bought a dress?
If not, I would find one in the next few months that fits your "now" body- -adn now guesstimate when all is said and done in 6 or 8 months.

cAn you bump out the date on anything? Call vendors and ask-- maybe they have the next month available and will bump you at no charge? It doesnt hurt to ask----

well thank you ladies everything has been very encouraging, luckily our parents and siblings know, everything is done with the exception of invitations, and brides maids dresses, I have already ordered my dress before I knew, so I think everything should be ok.
