I would not use Jeff and Company for flowers under any circumstances. We contracted with Jeff in August 2009 and decided to cancel our agreement within our 90 days cancellation period. His contract specifically said that we could cancel within 90 days and our $800 deposit would be returned. We have yet to see any money and it's been over 8 months since we cancelled. He promised to begin "partial payments" a number of times but each time he failed to send any money and did not bother to provide an explanation or to even contact us.
He is very hard to reach and does not respond to any of my e-mails or phone calls.
If anyone knows his current address and phone number, would you please post them?
