Event minimums at Belle Mer

It looks like the average is 30K EM at Belle Mer, but some posts have been higher or lower.  I just started my venue search and 30K is a little on the higher side, I'd like to stay under 20K.  If you have had your wedding at BM could you tell me what your EM was.  Thanks so much!

    Your EM will be lower if you get married in the off-season or on a Friday or a Sunday. Also, remember that you can put other vendors towards the minimum... that helped me some.

    Ours was 30K for the Island House.  We were married on a Sunday but it was a holiday so I'm not sure if our minimum was lower or not.

    My EM is $12k for a daytime wedding on a Sunday of a holiday weekend in the Island House.

    $30k for a Sunday night in the summer.

    Unless you're up for a day wedding, I don't think they go much lower than this for the IH.
