INVITATIONS!

Hey ladies --

Looking for a good place for invitations, programs, escort cards, etc.

I contacted Paper Moss because they came highly recommeded, but they seem to be way out of my price range.

Does anyone know anything about WEDDING SUPPLIES UNLIMITED in Warwick?

Thanks, girls!

Hi, I don't know anything about the place in Warwick.  I actually took the drive to Newton, MA to Cordially Yours for my invites. So worth the ride. Beautiful Carlson Craft Invites - 25% off retail and a very quick turnaround.  I was happy and only  spent about $450 (invites, reception, response cards, double envelopes and caligraphy)
    Good luck.

My sister got hers from iparty.

Etsy has TONS of vendors who will send you free samples to check out their work.  Not sure what style you're looking for.

I wanted letterpress so I used Studio on Fire.

Like someone mentioned above, etsy is a great resource site for invites. You can definitely find something in every price range from letter press to digital pdf files for people who want to DIY yourself. Try browsing through the site by searching for wedding invites. If you want something very specific, place a custom post. I did all my invites for less than $250 for 150 invites. That includes  postage and custom design.

I'm not at the invitation stage yet, but I've heard great things about Crosstown Press in Providence.

I would highly recommend Etsy as well!

I used the seller Elegant Occasions for all of our paper things (invites, programs, escort cards, table numbers etc) & loved her work!

i highly recommend stefanie o'dell junemoonink@gmail.com, junemoonink.com. her website doesn't do her justice. my invites were amazing. i ordered all of the cardstock/paper/envelopes/pocketfolds. she worked with me for months on the design and sent me tons of proofs via email and a few via snail mail too. she took care of the designing, cutting, assembling, and was very reasonably priced. i have had so many people tell me how beautiful my invitations were and that theyve never seen any that nice etc. she really has been amazing. her and her sister are also starting a wedding planning business so shes given me advice on various other wedding-related things and also let me rant here and there. she really has been amazing. we're using her for our programs/menus/escort cards as well.

Thank you ladies for ALL of your input - you are SO helpful and caring!
I'm really getting into etsy.com - I knew about the site before, but never really got into it until it was recommended again. So thank you! I never thought I would care about the invitations, but now I can see that it will help tie in all of the stationary details of the big day :)

    Hi Mary!
If you're looking to tie your invitaion theme(s) in with your programs, table numbers, place cards, menu cards, etc...we (my friend) is using Jen from www.sunderlandsstudio.com. The invitations are gorgeous and very personalized to your wedding style/theme and she is doing our favors (jars of honey) with placecards attached, our programs and table numbers with the same theme throughout. I didn't get  the bill (I'm the MOH) but she (the bride) said it was extremly reasonable for everything she ordered from her. Hope this helps and good luck!

I'd have to second eacosta's post! i'm also using stef ( stefanie o'dell junemoonink@gmail.com). she is actually a personal friend and i started to refer her to brides on here. she is outstanding and very reasonable. she knows where to save money if need be and her quality is top notch. she and her sister are amazing and so into what they do! i agree that her webiste doesnt encompass all that she can do. she can literally do any invitation you show her.

i showed her one that i like and she's in the process of making the same style but for much less money!

I highly recommend Cassandra Flinn.  She's reasonable, reliable, & so talented. Custom invites are her passion & she takes special care to make sure all your paper products are cohesive & beautiful.
