has anyone had their ceremony here?
Or does anyone know if non-parishioners can get married there?

NO but I had my ceremony at the towers and married at the Wickford Baptist Church - I wasnt attending that church before the wedding.  Maybe you could look into that?   Its a really beautiful old church.

I am getting married at St. Thomas More in Narragansett (Catholic) they do non-parishiners but it is more expensive. Instead of a $250 donation it is a $500 donation. Father Taillone is very nice!

Thanks! I looked on their site earlier, and noticed it said they only do weddings for parishoners-- -but then my mom called last night and said she met a woman who is a parishiser there who said Father T is amazing and he would do it, and has started doing it for non members!!

Im so glad I found out about this-- and the $500 donation is pretty doable, sinc ithe other option was the Channing chapel in newport was our other choice and they want a $1600 donation!!! I thought that was insane

Does Father T require you do Pre canna through their parish?

I also got married at St. Thomas More in June.  It was $500 plus $225 for the organist (we only had the music director. You can add another singer for more $ but I just used the guy).  We brought in my husband's priest from Mass so I never met Father Tailleon.  We did pre cana in Providence. It is a really pretty church and the location to the Towers can't be beat.
