Offbeat Venue Ideas? - RI, MA, Maine even?

hey there! 

I am struggling with finding the perfect venue. I want something funky, fun and needs minimal decorations but also allows me to be flexible adn purchase the alcohol and pick my own cateror. Any suggestions? Barns, beaches, Mill Loft spaces? 

10k budget.

    Easton Beach Rotunda allows you to bring in your own caterer. The venue is a blank palette though so it will need some sprucing up a bit. Otherwise it is possible on a 10k budget. Not sure what you guest count is but there are a few other venues out there like the Newport Art Museum, Tennis Hall of Fame, Herreshoff museum and The Aldrich House to name a few.
