I need a bakery (amongst other things)

Preferably in the Narragansett area. I'm not looking to have a giant wedding cake,  probably just a dessert table and a candy bar. I live in Boston and am completely unfamiliar withe the area. Also, if anyone can recommend hotels in the area that'd be super awesome! Smile

    Hotels in the narragansett area:
    Hampton Inn
    Holiday Inn
    Village INN

    There are also a number of "BnB's etc.

    IF you search for bakeeries on here you will find a ton of recs.
    A lot of girls have used Creative Cake company.
    Tiff's Wicked Good Cakes
    I am getting married in narragansett and am thinking of having It's My Party in Newport do the cake.
    Also, a  lot of my friends have use Diane's Delectables- and she is rather reasonable

    Depending on the time of year, the Ocean Rose Inn (attached to Turtle Soup on Ocean Rd.) might be an option. They're usually open from Memorial Day through Parent's weekend at URI. In the winter, my family stays at the Village Inn but stays at the Ocean Rose during the summer to keep costs down. It's more of a motel style but they do have rooms in the Inn as well.

    Tip-C Cupcakes in North Providence does dessert buffet and catering. They are also great with working on budgets.
