Alterations help

I'm looking for suggestions of places to get my dress altered relatively quickly in and around Providence.  I'm getting married Oct. 8 and moving to another state at the end of the month.

It's simple tea-length dress with lace overlay, and I don't think it needs too much work.  It just needs taken in a little bit across the bust and waist.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.  TIA!

Sewing Creations by Rose in East Greenwich. Rose is a sweetheart and I've seen so many great reviews of her here that I never even called anyone else. She's got like I think 26 brides for 10-10, so I'd call soon and get on her schedule if you're interested.

Check out Adrianna at Design a Dress in Bristol.  She saved my @ss and my dress and she did an amazing job for a modest fee.

I agree on Rose (she is wonderful)...just there today for my first fitting and she actually told me 36 dresses for 10-10 (CRAZY!!)!!  Maybe if it is a simple alteration, she may be able to fit you in!
