I got my dress!!!

I went dress shopping yesterday with my mother and two best friends.  (Both of them are maids of honor) I had the BEST time trying on gowns, I felt like wedding barbie! LOL!  The dress was purchased at Helene's.  That was actually the only store we went to.  I had planned on going there and then after trying out a few stores in East Greenwich but there was no need.  The dress is absolutely stunning and it sparkles in the light.  It is from Private Collection, and apparently you cannot find the dress anywhere online because they do not advertise.  It was completely affordable, which made it even better!! I did not buy the veil yet, but she said they only take two months to come in so I still have some time.  I highly reccomend going through Ashley at Helene's Bridal.  I can't wait to put my dress back on!! I will try to post a pic after.

congratulations!!! i got my dress at helene's too - love them. kathy was my consultant. i only went there and alexandra's in fall river. that is so exciting! post a pic soon! my dress is lazarro - from his tara keely collection. he is only sold at helenes in RI - or so they told me haha. but either way i love the dress! congrats again

Congrats! I can't wait to see the pictures. While I did not find my dress there, my mom and sister did and I truly love the service. Helene and her daughter, Ana were so kind and accommodating. I love that they also carried brands not found in other local shops like Aire Barcelona and Tara Keely.

OMG i LOVE tara keely dresses. They are only at Helenes in RI but I think Alexandrias in Fall River carries them, so not so far away.
You have to tell me your style number I am obsessedd with Tara dresses- but couldn't find one i loved there in the fit I liked.
My favorite one is a fitted modified mermaid with three tiers of lace-but that totally would look awful on my body type!

Congrats Shaina! I am glad that you loved Ashley too! She was so nice.
We saw here yesterday at the bridal show and I felt so bad to tell her i found a dress someoplace else!
She was so nice though and just happy I was able to find something I loved because she knew i was really struggling.
