Old Barn?

Does anyone know of any barns (that are obviously clean and unsmelly) that would do a reception for around 130 ppl maybe less?  I have found some beatiful ideas that I could do in a tent but a barn would be better.

Mount Hope Farm and The Meeting House in Tiverton have a rustic barn-like structure. There is also Sweet Berry Farm in Middletown and Bittersweet Farms but that's in Westport, MA. G.L
