Transportation for Guests

Hi everyone,

I'm getting married this September and have about 30-40 guests coming into Providence from overseas. For my peace of mind, I am looking to get transportation for them from the hotel, to the church and ceremony and then back to the hotel after the reception.

Can anyone recomend and companies I could use to transport everyone? I am open to unique suggestions as well! I am trying to be as cost conscious as possbile.

    You are the second person within a few days to mention a school bus.  I need tranportation for about 40 people after my ceremony in October on a Sunday night.  Do they limit when you can rent the bus and do you know about how much they charge?

    Thanks! I was thinking about school buses and I like the idea, but wasn't sure if it would look tacky or not! Thoughts? I have had to rent school busses for work and they cost about $500 for a 5 hour block...which is half of what I was quoted for a coach bus!
