New Leaf Salon?

Hi all!

Anyone out there ever been to/know anyone who has been to New Leaf Salon in Bristol? I love the styles they have up on their site, and have heard good things about them as a general Salon.  Has anyone used them for updos and/or makeup? Do you know who is good? I know all salons have some people who are better than others so wanted to get your advice!  Unfortunately I'll have to put down a deposit before doing a trial because I live across the country and won't be back in RI again until February-- which is only 3 months before the big day!

They do amazing work and I would have used them, but they're out of the way for me and out of my price range.

I had them do my hair for my wedding in October. I had an updo and I LOVE what they did. Everyone commented on my hair (and my BM's). My mom bought me a gift certificate last Christmas so I could try them out and now Danielle does my highlights. For my everyday hair, it is a little pricy, but I love how it looks/feels so it's worth it (plus the highlights last a long time). For my wedding hair, it was comparable to other places I heard about--plus it was across the way from my venue. I used to go to New Leaf while I lived in RI and loved them! I mostly had cuts and highlights but also used them for updos a couple times for functions. Pam was my stylist and I was always happy with her. I've also used Leah and seen styles she has done and was VERY impressed. Honestly, you will be in good hands with ANY of the stylists there. The salon is very professional and talented. The stylists frequently take courses to remain on top of current trends.
