I know my cupcake baker does them- Her name is Amanda at Heavenly Delights. Her email is heavenlydelights107@yahoo.com or phone number is 401-617-9220. No personal experience with her cookies but if they are anything like her cakes they will be amazing!

I am pretty sure Scrumptions does this.  Actually, any baker would do it.  Who is making your cake?
