I need Hair & Makeup for my wedding in 4 months!!!

My wedding is coming up this April, and I still need to find someone for hair and makeup for myself and my wedding party!! My budget isn't that huge, so I'm looking for someone reasonable. The wedding is in Newport, so I was thinking someone who could come to us, thinking that a salon in Newport might be way too expensive. I will need to do a consultation of course as well.  Does anyone know of anyone who is good and reasonable? Let me know!! Thanks!!!

Give my place - Sheila Catherine Salon. She's located in West Warwick, but willing to travel for wedding events (at additional cost - not sure what that cost is) It wouldn't hurt to call and ask for a quote, right? GL!

I used Sam C. (she's pretty popular now though - might be booked already?) for hair and Skinplicity for makeup.  I booked Skinplicity late - they have two MUAs and I got Kerri who was FANTASTIC.  (I had a botched makeup consult and needed to find a new MUA quick!)  Kerri was one of my fav vendors of the day.  Their prices are on their site, I think they're affordable.  They use Youngblood brand makeup, it's a mineral makeup.  They are located in EG.  There was a travel fee but I forget what it was.
