Hi Rhode Island area brides!

I have been researching makeup artists for my July 2011 wedding in E. Providence and was wondering what the going rate is for makeup.  The quote I received from one woman seems high.  Thanks!

    Im not sure on the going rate but I booked mine for October 2011 and its $100.  She travels to me and gives me touch up supplies as well.  Hope it helps!

    My make up arist charges $75 for everyone (bride, BM and any special guests) for day of bridal make up. There was no travel fee and she included a small touch up kit. She also offers air brush make up along with mineral and traditional. Her rates have gone up but her glam squad charges less. Check out her services and rates at Sara Faella make up artistry.

    Mine is Kristin Greene - $100 and BM's/mom are $50-55 I believe...no travel fee! She's coming to my girls and I.

    Check with Calma in Cranston.
    If you can go into the salon on your wedding day the rates are cheaper she adds $10 extra for traveling.
    I think its like (you'll need to confirm with them)
    $65 BM and $75 Bride (in salon) includes mamosa's, etc...
    $75 BM and $85 Bride (travel to)

    Mine is airbrush with Jennifer Hodge.  I think I am $125 and my girls are $75ish.

    Mine was $100 and the girls each $70.  There wasn't a travel fee.
