Devcipps--the tasting was awesome, if you do find time, it is totally worth it We did 4 passed hors d'oeuvres: scallops wrapped in bacon, crab cakes, mini sliders, and skewered shrimp. For our dinner we had the mesclun greens salad with strawberries, walnuts and chevre cheese and a choice of NY strip steak with cabernet and horseradish cobb bacon cream sauce or grilled chicken with cilantro melon and key lime and garlic salsa! Everything was delish! Good luck with your choices!
