dress question please help! pip

hey everyone i thought this was the place where someone could help me..so i found this dress i love but i hate the pickups so i need to find out if and how and who could make me a different bottom that is flat..i just think there is too much going on..lace, beading, rouching, and pickups..but i love the top! so willing to make it exactly what i want! thanks sooo much!

I would contact Sewing Creations by Rose. She did amazing alterations on my oversized dress, she also altered the neckline and gave my fit and flare dress a fuller skirt. I definitely suggest contacting her. Also, I recall reading positive reviews of a dress maker name Adriana (Adriana's Design A Dress). G.L

It's a lovely dress but it's not an unusual style - you'd probably be able to find something very similar with a flat skirt.  I'd be worried that even the best seamstress can't completely eliminate the pickups.  I mean you can let them out but there will probably still be evidence of where it was sewn.

to be honest i want the bottom completly removed...not just taken out..a completly new bottom of a dress
