I am struggling a little right now with appropriate gratuity amounts.

Banquet manager, servers, bar tenders, etc.? Is the total gratuity based on labor cost and then spilt among all of these people or do we tip each person?
Live musicians=
Is it nessescary to tip people who deliver cake, flowers, etc. if they charge a deliver fee?
