Whole Foods Flowers

Can anyone provide info on using Whole Foods for a florist?  I have read some pretty good feedback on them.  Which Whole Foods is best to work with if I am getting married in Newport?  Delivery fee vs. pick up?  I am slo found some amazing vases that I was interestered in using, would that pose an issue to provide?

Thanks and have a happy hump day!

Hi~ I used Whole Foods University in Providence. I worked with Sherry Warner, she was absolutely wonderful! They do deliver to Newport. They quoted me $27 for the delivery fee. I also had them deliver flowers to a second location (Fall River) for $15. They only deliver so there is no set up and nobody to help assist in pinning and such. You are also more than welcome to provide your own vases. Below is Sherry's address.

Thank you so much for this information.  I called the WF in Cranston yesterday to just get an idea on details and what not and they were amazing to speak with!
    Thanks again!

How far in advance should you book the flower vendor?

<div>Whole Foods only needs a few weeks notice. I contacted them two months before the wedding. However, if you are booking a florist, 6-8 months is the recommended time frame. It depends on how long you are planning the wedding and how popular your date and florists is because some florists book only 1 wedding a day or in some cases a weekend. You should also meet with at least a few (3 or so) florists for quotes. </div><div>

I used the Whole Foods on Waterman (Shelbie) - she was wonderful!!

We met with her about 6 months beforehand, but didn't sign a contract until a few months before....  I was super happy with how everything went :)!!
