Tasting Tonight!!

I can't believe I am four months away!! Tonight we are going for our tasting to pick out the menue - I can't wait.  Anyone have any tips - what should I be looking for??

    It was pretty good!  The entree's seemed amazing - but I was a little disappointed with the appetizers.  Is it too much "cheese" to have a cheese display with crackers, cheese/chicken quesadillas, and grilled cheeses with tomato bisque shooters?? Haha I love cheese!
