i wasn't actually, i live out of town so my fiance went. he said he wasn't wowed by the food but that it was good. we are italian and want pretty authentic food, so i'm not sure. the place is nice though. what about you?!

I saw you're getting married in October, at my fiance's table last night, he said the couple was getting married in October, it would be funny if you guys were at the same table!

Hahaha I was just thinking the same thing, was he there with his mother? Because we sat with a guy who'e fiance was out of town and him and his mom were there to try it. He was taking lots of photos for his fiance to see!

We were pretty happy with the food, we are already booked there so I guess we don't have much choice otherwise!!! Wedding food always seems to be a bit lacking, which is frustrating because it certainly isn't cheap! I do like the venue though, our wedding is very vintage inspired and the Rhodes fits that style pretty well. Also we felt the packages they offer were the best deal for what we were looking for.

That is hilarious! i know, see that;s the thing, why does wedding food have to be so lacking?! especially when we are paying so much... what package were you guys looking at? we are thinking one of the sit down buffets...

Small wordl, too funny! I agree the cost is insane, especially when you think what you could get at a nice restaurant for like half the cost!

We went with the gold package for the sit down dinner, but we modified it a little bit. There were some things we didn't want so we took them out and were able to bring the price down a little bit per person. So far Abbie has been really easy to work with.
