Accomodations in Newport/Portsmouth area?

I am looking for suggestions in inns or B&B's in the Newport area. We are getting married on a Sunday in June 2012 and our recpetion will be at the Glen Manor house. I would like to accomodate my fiance's parents, my parents, and everyone in our wedding party (a total of 20 including spouses, plus children)

Are you trying to stick to B&Bs and Inns? Or are hotels an option, too? Also, the closer you get to Newport the more expensive they're going to be that time of year.
I've heard the Sarah Kendall House is wonderful, not sure of the price, though.
