The Arcade mall in Providence....

Does anyone know what up or whats going on with that 'historical' building?  It (was) such a pretty building.  I dont know what the condition of it is today, but I wonder if it can be rented out.

pretty sure it's been closed since 2008 for major renovations...however, those renovations have not yet begun to my knowledge.

I think there was an article recently in the Providence Journal about the plans for renovations.  I remember a contest of some sort...maybe search projo.com for details.

I used to work in the arcade, it was such a beautiful building. It's definitely been neglected and forgotten. I doubt you could rent it out as its been abandoned for 2+ years
