Transportation from hotel to reception

Has anyone used a bus or a trolley to transport people from the hotel to the reception? If so, who did you use? Do you know what the cost was?
I dont want to have to book someone for 4 hours...
Thank You!

I used fisher bus company... a big yellow school bus, which worked since my wedding was casual and beachy.  It was 450 for the night plus tip.  It was a lot of fun at the end, because all the young people went to a bar together and we had a great time hanging out in the back of the bus Tongue out

I'm in the same boat as the original poster. I originally was trying to negotiate with the hotels I was trying to block off, but they weren't really interested. (The Radisson offered their 6 person van, but I didn't end up going with them.)

My next thought was to rent a 12-15 passenger van from enterprise, but then I would need to pay someone to be a driver, and that sounded like too much liability.

I don't really like the idea of booking someone for the entire evening when I'm only using them for less than 2 hours.

we used archway bus and they were great. we wanted to do trolley's but we had a large wedding so it wasnt very efficient as we would have needed 4 of them to get everyone there on time. we ended up booking coach style buses from archway and we are happy wtih the service. we found them to have the most reasonable prices and were easy to deal with.

the drivers were kind of strict on the night of the wedding; a couple of guests complained...however other guests said the drivers were great and the drunk guests probably didnt like that he ws strict with his rules....either way, the buses were clean, the prices were great, and they ere nice to deal with.

    hope this helps!
