Vendor reviews and a few pictures!!

Hi all! I got married June 28th (can't believe it has been over a month ago!!) in Greenville, SC and am just not getting everything organized to sit down and write reviews.... I will also include a few pictures! Dress: Poinsett Bride, Greenville, SC A I had been to a fair number of other bridal shops and was beginning to worry that I would never find my dress. I made an appointment at Poinsett and was amazed at the selection of dresses that they had! I knew my dress was "the one" when I tried it on. Paula was incredible to work with and was prompt about alterations, bridesmaids dresses, and the pasminas that I got for my girls. Ceremony: Wyche Pavilion at Larkins on the River A+ Larkins was great to work with and really did everything that they could to make everything perfect on my big day. A week beforehand, we even found out that there was going to be a bluegrass festival starting beside the pavilion 30 minutes before my wedding. Everyone at Larkins went out of their way to track down the event coordinators and got them to postpone the festival until after the wedding was over! Reception: Devereaux's A++ Table 301 is truly amazing. We rented out the entire restaurant. Stephanie was awesome to work with throughout the planning process and accommodated every request from my not-so-easy to work with mother. The chef, Steven, is so incredibly talented and worked with us to create a fantastic menu that screamed "us"! The food, wine, and desserts could not have been better!! They also made our cake which was far from the "typical" wedding cake. It was a white champagne cake with Grand Marneir poached SC peaches! PHENOMENAL!! String quartet: Mulfinger http://www.mulfingerstringquartet.com/ A They played beautifully and worked with my brother who sang in the wedding. Band: Coconut Groove Band, Charlotte, NC http://www.cgb1.com/ A+ The band was great!! I kept waiting for them to play a "bad" song so that I could sit down and rest....but they never did! Everyone danced all night! Photographer: Keith and Alisha Haig, Haig Photography, Columbia, SC http://www.haigphotography.com/ A++ Keith and Alisha were amazing!! They worked so hard to get fabulous pictures! They gladly traveled to Greenville for the engagement session and bridal portraits and were always prompt and easy to work with. My husband and I are not the most comfortable in front of a camera but they made us feel comfortable. Their price packages are extremely fair. They shot over 15,000 between the reception dinner, getting ready, ceremony, formals and reception!!! And now.....here are a few of the professional pics!! Enjoy!
