Murrells Inlet, SC

What are some locations in Murrells Inlet to get married? I'd like a beach ceremomy. Is that possible, or would we have to drive to North Myrtle Beach?

Are you more worried about the ceremony or the reception?  If you get married on the sand, in most places on the Grand Strand you don't have to book a location because the beach is public.  The ceremony is a different story, I'd check around with local hotels and see what your options are.  I'm getting married on a grass lawn by the beach at the Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort (not quite to North Myrtle) because we wanted a formal wedding and I didn't really want to drag my dress all through the sand.  But I'd definitely check with the hotels in the area.

Try Atalaya and Huntington Beach State Park.  It's beautiful there, and they do a great job with weddings.  Christa Harder Photography is out of Murrells Inlet, and she does a great job.  www.christaharder.com
