Larkin's on the River - Greenville

Has anybody heard anything about larkin's on the river in Greenville, SC for both the ceremony and reception?  The outdoor weddings there look gorgeous.  I am having a winter wedding so would have to have the ceremony and reception inside.  Does anybody know anyone who had their ceremony in the Founder's room there and how it turned out?

Yes! I really wanted to use the pavillion, but it was already booked for our date (over a year out!). We also looked at their loft which I also loved, but it was going to be way too expensive for our budget. I don't know anything about the Founder's Room, but all the pictures of their events look gorgeous and everyone I talked to there was great to work with. I had them put together 3 or 4 proposals before we eventually decided that there was no way it would work with our budget. :-(

And like I said, we're getting married September 4th, and when we first talked to them in July, the Pavillion was already booked, so I'd talk to them ASAP if I were you.

    Good luck!
    Anniversary

We had to change our wedding date, location and budget but originally we were going to have an outdoor ceremony and indoor reception at Larkin's in January.  She told me with heaters it would be a lot better so you could talk to them.  We were going to have our ceremony in the courtyard and reception in the Cabaret Room. I know they have pictures either on Facebook or their website of a ceremony in the Founders Room though.

It's a great location. The staff is extraordinary! It's around the $6,000+ mark for outdoor ceremony, indoor reception (as of a year ago). Definitely call and talk to them though to see if prices have changed over the past year. I helped direct a wedding there and it was seamless thanks to the help from the staff.
