Day-of coordinator

Hi brides,

Can anyone recommend a down-to-earth, competent day-of/week-of wedding coordinator in the Charleston area? Wedding is on Johns Island if that makes a difference. thanks!

    You might get more response posting this on the South Carolina-Charleston board, but I am using Yoj Events for day-of coordinator and I really liked her (Candice) when I met with her.  She is super nice and is going to take care of all my flowers for me too.

    I recommend Lauren Simpson with Charleston Guru.  She is newer as far as an event planner, but she has been working in the wedding business for a couple years now and she is wonderful and very reasonable.  I am using her for my wedding that is in November and so far everything has been great.  She is the sweetest person ever and extremely smart and competent.  I don't have anything bad to say about her!  Her email is charlestonguru@gmail.com and her phone number is 864-640-7163.  Tell her that Kendra recommended you if you email/call her!!
