Pew Decor

So for the ceremony I'm not sure how to decorate.  My Fiance & myself are paying for the wedding alone.  We have a very strict/tight budget.  Flowers are going to be too expensive to decorate with.  I've come across a few ideas....
A- Decorating the pews with a white draping looping at every other pew
B- Picture frames hanging from ribbon on every other pew with an engagement photo in it.

Anyone done these? Got pictures?  Other ideas or even just your opinion.  Thank you!

If you budget is tight, just skip the pew decorations.  Or just decorate the first pew where the parents sit.

One of my brides got cheap sashes in her wedding colors online, and then did a little bouquet of baby's breath tucked in the knot. It was really pretty, and cost effective, as the baby's breath was around $30 total and the sashes were around that price as well.

If you plan on draping tulle, I would suggest buying it from   http://www.tulleshop.com/default.asp

That is where I got mine.  Its 40 yds long,  54" wide for under $20 including shipping.  The tulle is every bit as good as the stuff at Joanns that is a $1 or more a yard.

It's not directly on the pews but you could have vases with candles along the aisle or you could do bows on the pews, depending on the material used this could look really nice

Cackle- I'm loving the pew decor in your siggy pic, the tulle with the curly ribbon. Are there any other pictures of this, or more info regarding how to do it (I'm thinking you could use a cruling iron for the ribbon, but not really sure lol).

Thank you for the responses ladies!  My Fiance took me shopping this weekend at a surplus store & we found these hearts made out of grapevines!!  We're going to use lace to hang them over the pews.  They're cute, go with the vintage look & best part... they're $1.99 a piece!!!  What do you think?

That's a super cute idea, and not something that's cookie cutter or overdone. What a great find!

</div><div>Allisauraus - thanks! It was ALL my mom's doing! I just have a few pictures of how we set it up at home and a rough mock up of it at the venue (I don't have all my pro-pics back yet), so those are below, and if you PM me your email, I can send you the instructions my mom did for the person who set it up. It's actually silver organza fabric (purchased here: <a rel="nofollow" href="http://www.giftsintl-us.com/organzafabric.php">http://www.giftsintl-us.com/organzafabric.php</a>) and silver wire ribbon that my mom curled around a long pole I believe. And then the flowers are fabric flowers that she made. My mom is really amazing :)</div><div>
</div><div>ETA: My dad did the shepards hooks in pots. He used quick drying concrete in cheap plastic pots which held up great. We then spray painted the pots, and then covered the top with dried green moss. It was a lot cheaper than buying stanchions from save-on-crafts!</div><div>

Man, Cackle, that turned out great! I was so in love but conviced that it probably cost a fortune, I'm glad to find that it didn't! I'll be PMing you shortly.
