I am in the same boat! I cant find just an officiant, all of them have all these extravagant packages, just need someone to marry us on the beach! lol If you find one, let me know, because we are having trouble to here!

My planner has recommended their services to us, and I loved the Rev I met with. They do religious and secular services, and have been great to work with so far (though I cannot speak to the day-of quality, as we're still a couple months away from that!)
