I don't know about the package, but definitely ask specifics about how much it will cost to decorate the room.  I'm getting married at the Sanctuary and when I asked for an estimiate of charges they only included flowers for decorations.  My sister's getting married and had several beautiful options that came with the package, so it didn't occur to me that I would have to pay extra for basics such as chairs because the free ones that they offer are appropriate for a meeting, not a wedding.  I'm not sure about the "intimate package" but the regular package is costing me thousands more  than the original estimate of charges.

Thank you for the tip. I believe with our small group and the intimate package, the white chairs are included for the ceremony, also, our "reception" will be in the Ocean Room Restaurant. But, I will definitely negotiate specifics more closely! Thank you!
