Caterer Cost

Hi Guys,
   Looking for a Caterer for a wedding in Saratoga. Any recommendations on a good caterer where I can have an open bar but still keep the cost at around $80 per person??

I went to longfellows last month and their price was $96 for a basic package with open bar per person. I believe that this includes tip but not tax Mansion catering offers less but charges based on the venue. For example they charge $98 per person for a saturday peek season (april-december) wedding at the hall of springs for their basic package, but the same package is $80 at the key procters new site. They have a 20% catering fee, an 8% sales tax and a delivery fee (which I am unsure of)  

We are going with classe catering. My package includes 6 butler passed hor dourves, and a pasta station (in substitute for a cheese/fruit station) for cocktail hour. Then a salad course, an entree course (4 selections: chicken, beef, seafood and veggie), a wedding cake and an open bar for $69 per person. They also add a 20% catering fee and an 8% NY state sales tax. 

They charged me $45 for the food, and $24 for the 5 hours open bar. They have really great reviews = )  A fellow knottie recommended classe to me and sent me her sample menu, I can send her mine and hers if you want so you can see the different upgrades that they offer.
