Hello
I bought my wedding dress off the sale rack at a local shop that does NOT do alterations. Since it was the store's sample gown, it is a little beat up and I'd like to do some custom things to it like add some material to make it "poof" out more and possibly fix the neckline. I also feel like you can see the boning underneath the dress, so I want some fabric added to hide it.
So I'm looking for an awesome seamstress/tailor in Canandaigua/Geneva or even Rochester (east side preferred).
Your recommendations would be MUCH appreciated!
