    Hi!

    I have contracted with Video Craft for my September 2011 wedding, based on their website and a recommendation from an acquaintance that used them for her wedding last year. After speaking with John on the phone, it sounds like they're pretty accomodating in terms of tailoring the packages to meet your needs. I'll keep you posted!

    I'm asking b/c we used him for our 10/1/10 wedding. We were happy with him the day of but since then have not been able to get ahold of them. We emailed pics from our honeymoon right away as they asked for..paid in full and now I've been calling and emailing for months and haven't heard back once. Even if our video is not finished yet I assume we would get the courtesy of a call back. Just curious if anyone else had experience with them.

    Wow, really? That's concerning. Please keep me posted! It did take him longer than I expected to get me my copy of the contract back...

    I booked him in early November and got my copy of the contract from him at the beginning of December. I haven't tried to contact him since then...

    UPDATE:

    John got back to us in the end of January and we recieved our video last week. We absolutely love it! The editing was very tastefully done and we are so happy we have the video to watch in the years to come! John and Diane did a great job and produced exactly what we were hoping for!
