Do you know of any good makeup artists in Rochester that travel, and that do great tatoo coverings? Thanks

    theres a girl named kris kellog that comes from ithaca i think..she is a little more expensive but amazing work. her number is 315-406-5787 her sister does hair too. i forgot the name of thier buisness but i just happen to have kept her number. do NOT go to girlspaparties. i got ripped off.. thier trial was AWFUL that was my expeierence and after doing 5 trials...i wasted so mch money..they dont do your whole face and they use cheap $1 makeup they do great for kids parties
