Custom Wedding Gown

Anyone have any ideas on who would be good to contact to have a wedding gown made?  I have an idea in my head from an 8 year old movie that I can't find anything close to.  Now, I am thinking about having the dress made.  I live in Syracuse NY and am looking for a local vendor that could make a dress from some photos from a movie (with a few modifications).  Any ideas would be helpful.  Thanks

    The lady who altered my dress is primarily a dress designer... She owns a shop in Armory Sq called Inspired Designs... Here is her info: Lisa Butler Inspired Designs 315-263-6334
