Lol, It's funny that I'm answering you on here... but I've been meaning to tell you that Kim got her's done at the Burlington Coat Factory and she says that the guy there has his own little side business, and he's AMAZINNNGG!

Hi there, I'm actually a Hudson Valley, NY bride but one of my bridesmaids lives in Rochester and is looking for a seamstress for her bm dress.  Is the guy you're talking about in the Greece Ridge store or on West Henrietta Road?  TIA!

I had my alterations in Rochester done by Jill Bates (jillbatesfashion.com) and would highly recommend her! She has a studio in East Rochester. She also ended up making my veil for me after I couldn't find anything I liked. She was a bit pricey, but I figured it was worth it for something like a wedding dress! Good luck!

i got my dress and bm dresses at Heart to Heart bridal in Manchester. It is about 35 min from Rochester - but absolutely completely worth it. Janice (the owner) is so nice, and really good.
