Tipping Venue Manager

I don't think our venue manager gets a tip as part of the service fee from what I can tell in the contract.  What should I tip? All of the stuff on the Internet differs and I don't' know if I tip at all.  I thought I'd ask you guys since our wedding is in Upstate NY! Thanks! :)

    We tipped our coordinator (she comes with the reception, so to speak) who also did some of the managing of the place and our wedding $100. She was unbelievable and took fantastic care of us before, during, and after the reception.
