syracuse: Review of receptions at Rosamond Gifford ZOO??

My fiance and I are very close to booking a reception at the Rosamond Gifford Zoo is Syracuse, NY. We like the location, flexibility, room, menu, bar options, and the availability for guests to check out some of the animals during the reception. So, has anyone had or attended a wedding held here? If so, how was the food, service, etc?? Any help would be much appreciated.

i haven't attended a wedding there, but have been to multiple trainings there and even a bat mitzvah.  i have to say i was pretty impressed.  the layout is nice, the room is huge and the food is pretty decent.  better food at the bat mitzvah though.  so maybe better quality food for nicer events.  they even had a few of the exhibits open earlier inthe evening.  i'd say do it.  it's a great idea.  had i known they did weddings, i might have considered having mine there as well.  GL.
