Custom gown- Ithaca, Syracuse, Binghamton

Hey! I would like to get a custom gown made. I have a picture of exactly what I want. Does anyone know of a seamstress in Ithaca, Binghamton or Syracuse that can do this? Any advice would be appreciated. TIA!

    I started working with Lisa Butler, from Inspired Designs in Syracuse, on a custom gown.  After my first meeting with her, I found a dress on the rack at a bridal shop and decided to go with that instead because it was exactly what I had been looking for.  Lisa was great though.  Even though I did not end up with a dress from her, I have seen her work and she's quite talented.  She was able to very quickly understand what I was looking for and sketched the exact image in my head on a piece of paper in our first meeting.
