Flowers-Schenectady Area

Hello All,

I am hoping to meet with florists in a couple of weeks and would like some advice on who to meet with. I am getting married at Mallozzi's in Schenectady to give you an idea of the area I am looking in. I am also having non-floral centerpieces, so I'm looking for bouquets and bouts and coursages for the mothers/grandmothers (and possibly a couple of ceremony pieces). I'm really not looking to spend over $1000 on this.

I know a lot of people love Clifton Park Price Chopper, but I haven't had any luck actually talking to anyone there, and I just recieved a call saying they were booked for my data (Nov. 6) so they were unsure of whether they would be able to do another wedding. Are there any other Price Choppers that I should consider (especially the one on Altamont Ave in Schenectady?) Any other local (inexpensive) gems?

Sorry this is so long, and thank you so much for your help!

You might want to try Felthousen's....they are located in niskayuna and are great to work with.

My florist worked out of her home which made her much more reasonable.  Info in my bio.

Ditto Carpentab, I used Felthousen's for my wedding.  They were awesome.  For bouquets and boutineer's there prices were pretty resonable!  GL!

What about the price chopper in Mohawk Commons... cant remember if they have a florist or not.  Im using Nagengaast Florist in Albany and depending on the flowers you are using they are pretty reasonable but it might be further than youre willing to consider.

I'm using the Price Chopper in Glenville, have you looked into that one? I met with them and they seemed great!
