VENDOR RAVE - Magic Moments

My husband and I were married on October 17 at the Turning Stone Casino and we used Magic Moments in Rochester, NY for our photography. We just got the pictures back and we are BEYOND happy with the results!

Our main photographer was Amy. She did an AMAZING job! Not only does she have a great eye, she has an INCREDIBLE personality! The whole wedding party had such a fun time with the pictures and they truly captured the fun and the love throughout the day with the wedding party and the guests.

If you are in the Rochester area, check them out.  They are right near 12 corners plaza on Winton and they are a JOY to work with. Here is their website.

Please let me know if you have any questions! I want my wedding back and would love to give any advice needed!

Hi mbarbie!  I am so glad to hear that you  had the wedding of your dreams!  I would love to hear a review of hte wedding itself.  I'm getting married at Turning Stone shenendoah clubhouse  next July a- I've been lazy and I haven't done a thing yet.  I remember from your previous posts that you got married outside and I think you also had a rehearsal dinner onthe lawn at the Lodge?  I'd love to hear how it went and what you did.  We are doing the outside ceremony too and I have a ton of questions as to how it works (music, etc).

    Lets see some pics!

The Turning Stone did an AMAZING job! Ann was my captain for the day and I really do not know what I would have done without her.  She was great!

Rehearsal was at the Lodge and dinner was in one of the rooms in the casino.  We did a buffet and I have never seen so much food in all my life!

The ceremony turned out perfect!  I called Dewitt Community Church for a rev. and got Rev. Ted Taylor and he was great.  We hired 2 people to play violins for the ceremony and cocktail hour.

All in all Turning Stone was a great experience! We were lucky to have a goregous outside ceremony in October and the food and service could not have been better!

I had plenty of lazy moments during the planning, but did not know what lazy meant a couple months leading up to it.  Let me know if you need any help or any vendor ideas!

I'm so glad your day went so well!!!!!!   Im having our wedding and reception at the Clubhouse in August! I have almost everything done except rehearsal dinner location.  Tell me about your rehearsal dinner at the Lodge.  Where was it?  Did you like the buffet at the reception?  We are also leaning toward the buffet, but everyone I know who had their reception at the Clubhouse had sit down.  Do they provide a coordinator for the day?  I was thinking about hiring one, but if they provide one I won't.  Thanks for your help!

I had a sit down reception in the Cypress Room and buffet rehearsal dinner in one of the rooms at the casino.

I thought of Ann as my DOC. She was the banquet captain for the day and she took care of my ceremony and reception. She was great!

I also highly reccomend getting your cake from TS. WE LOVED OUR CAKE! We had the chocolate expression and vanilla with chocolate frosting and the cake had an Italian Buttercream on it.

Hi! We just booked our TS wedding at the Shenandoah Club house! We are so excited! Did you use their floral services?
