Wedding Band Discount

We originally hired a band to play at our wedding reception, but due to a change of date and venue will no longer be able to use them.  We paid a deposit that can not be refunded, but can be transferred.  Therefore, we are looking for someone interested in using the band for their function-we would have the full credit transferred into your name to be used as you desire, and would ask for only a partial refund of that money from you.  Basically, you get musicians for your ceremony, reception, or party at a discounted rate.

The group is the Nik Entertainment Company (www.nikentertainment.com).  We booked their traditional 7 peice band, but the credit can be used toward any booking with them-they have a variety of options including a larger 11 piece party band, ceremony musicians, and speciality or tribute groups.
 
The only requirement on the date is that the new booking be made within a year of our cancellation (August 2009).  The actual event can take place outside of that time frame, but the credit for booking is only able to be applied within a year.
