I need minor alterations to my dress (let out in the waist, hem line and maybe taken in at the bust). Can anyone suggest good local tailors/seamstresses? Espcially good if you or a BM loved them. Wedding is in July and on a budget so if your alterations were good and quick, suggest them too. Capitol district area please!
