Photo Booth/ photo magnets?

Help! So I just read a ton of posts about photobooth companies and photo magnet companies, and I am now on the fence.

Clearly, Saratoga photo booth company is out of the picture. The reviews on the blogs are horrible, and I experienced them screw up first hand. Check.

I was planning to hire Capital Region Photo Booths -- in fact I just wrote a post to fellow bride about using Capital Region Photo Booths. Now I am on the fence between a magnet company, or capital region photo booths. I met with FotoMagic, and they were great.  Magnetman seemed a little arrogant, and was unwilling to work with me for price. MagnetMan's black and white pictures have little dots in them too.

I was unimpressed with Holme's magnets, themselves, and his prices are cheap - not affordable, cheap. Somehow I related low prices with less quality.

Has anyone else had good/bad experiences with any of these, or other companies? They seem to be the only reputable companies with decent products.

My friend has a GREAT experience with FotoMagic for her wedding and I'm pretty sure we're going to use them at our wedding too. :)

I thought vendors were prohibited from The Knot?

ecorcoran88 - I was at a wedding a few weeks ago and Saratoga PhotoBooths had the wrong name on the photostrips.   I also  heard from a friend on monday about Saratoga PhotoBooth Company's photobooth breaking down last weekend at a wedding at Franklin Plaza.

I met Joe (err, jim?) from Capital Region PhotoBooths, and he seems great. They're product is very nice as well, and they have a great reputation.

Reader 1718-  think a DIY photobooth is a great idea and  I love your creativity! Unfortunately, I know my fiance will be there taking the thing apart if it doesn't work, or working on it all night, and I really want to enjoy the night. I think I want to leave it to the experts.

I called upstate photobooths but they're located in utica or syracuse, and I always worry about someones car breaking down or bad weather preventing them from arriving in Albany.

Thank you Tiny Tina - I appreciate your input. I was looking for validation - you provided it.  I really love fotomagic - I think I am going with them, AND Capital Region PhotoBooths. You only get married once, right?
